The Butterfly Effect

It has been said that when a butterfly moves its wings that movement can be felt in distant places.

What this means at a practical level is that what we all do in our own personal lives has impacts which extend much further than our immediate environments. This has been illustrated quite vividly over recent weeks with the unrest in Egypt spilling over into other neighbouring countries such as Bahrain and Libya. There is evidence to suggest that we are so interconnected that what we think and do somehow is picked up by others connected to the same frequency. This makes sense when you consider that everything at its most basic level is just energy vibrating at different frequencies. Its a bit like tuning into a radio station.

We are all connected with each other. So if we wish to play our part in achieving world peace then bringing peace into our personal lives is the most important step that we can take. We need to BE the change that we wish to see. Many have over a long period of time fallen into the trap of assuming that the only way to change what is happening in the world is to band together and start movements in opposition to what we want to change. When we oppose anything we resist what is and make it stronger. When we surrender to what is and live the change that we want to see we not only empower ourselves but empower change on a larger scale.

What frequencies are you choosing to tune into and in turn what signals are you broadcasting to others? Food for thought!
