Imagine

Can you imagine heaven on earth?

John Lennon could and his inspiring and prophetic words still convey the magic that they created when the song was first written.

“Imagine there’s no countries, it isn’t hard to do. Nothing to kill or die for and no religion too. Imagine all the people living in peace. You may say I’m a dreamer but I’m not the only one. I hope someday you will join us and the world will be as one. Imagine no possessions I wonder if you can. No need for greed or hunger. A brotherhood of man. Imagine all the people sharing all the world. You, you may say I’m a dreamer but I’m not the only one. I hope someday you will join us and the world will live as one.”

John Winston Lennon

Our different interpretations of our experiences form our own unique versions of reality – some dream of heaven and others dream of hell. The whole human race has been living a dream of hell. We have all been conditioned to believe in this nightmare version of reality. As we all know what we believe in we see in our lives.

The information we feed into our minds tells us how to interpret what we see. Its all just information. There is no good or bad information. Its just information. We call this information our reality. As the saying goes “crap in, crap out”!

The single most significant driver of our individual thinking and collective behaviour is FEAR (False Evidence Appearing Real).

Our minds have become poisoned by the emotional wounds which have infected our psyches. We have all experienced emotional reactions to events such as pain, humiliation, anger, sadness and the like. We naturally do not want to feel these emotions and therefore set up thoughts and behaviours designed to achieve this end. We defend and seek to protect ourselves through fear of physical and emotional hurt.

All this achieves are thoughts and feelings of separation, isolation, scarcity and inherent danger everywhere. This becomes our dream of reality whether we like it or not. Sounds hellish to me!

Imagine what it would be like if we believed in unity and oneness, abundance, safety, love and peace? How would that be for a personal and global reality? Nothing to kill or die for, no religion too, no greed or hunger just a brotherhood of man.

Heaven is as close as our next thoughts.

When we change our personal reality we impact the collective global reality too.
